When you place on order with Woodstylz we will sent you an automated order confirmation. Your order will be shipping with 1 to 3 business days .

Upon shipping of the order you will receive an e-mail with all shipping details. All order will be shipped by Asendia express mail and can be tracked and traced.

European deliveries usually take 4 to 6 working days. The transit time outside the EU depends on you exact location. Please contact our customer service for further information if needed.

We offer a 60 day refund policy. If for any reason you are not happy with the items purchased you can contact our customer service. Upon receipt of the returned item we provide a full refund within 14 days after. For purchases to be shipped outside of the EU the shipping costs are also paid by Woodstylz . However the free shipping does not included any import duty that you might need to pay to customs when the shipment is declared in the destination country.

Note: the returned item must be in a brand new condition.
